The Chenin blanc, Dédicace, »long one of my favourite white wines from the Languedoc » is « elegantly mouth-filling. »

Our zero-dosage partially oak-fermented Saphir is « a Crémant to linger over ».

And our 100% Mauzac, until recently the only one in the Limoux appellation, is « delicious ».

« If Mauzac is as good as this », she said, « it certainly deserves a much better reputation ».
