Rives-Blanques received some high praise  from the British Languedoc wine expert, Rosemary George MW this month.

“As good as the best Bonnezeau or Coteaux du Layon”, she said of our Late Harvest Chenin blanc Lagremas d’Aur.  “Try detecting the difference in a blind tasting, she challenged.

The Chenin blanc, Dédicace,”long one of my favourite white wines from the Languedoc” is “elegantly mouth-filling.”

Our zero-dosage partially oak-fermented Saphir is “a Crémant to linger over”.

And our 100% Mauzac, until recently the only one in the Limoux appellation, is “delicious”.

“If Mauzac is as good as this”, she said, “it certainly deserves a much better reputation”.
