Hubrecht Duijker, doyen of Dutch wine writers, included our ‘terribly good’ Blanquette de Limoux as one of  his ‘Discoveries of the Month’.   « Elegant, nutty, fresh, with a touch of white fruit »,  he said. « We had it with sushi and then with a salad – delicious! »
