The celebrated wine writer Jancis Robinson unveiled her top 25 fizzes of the year in this weekend’s Financial Times.  They included the ‘slightly chewy’  Rives-Blanques Blanquette de Limoux. Her article distinguished three sparkling wines from Limoux, true testament to the quality of Limoux’s bubbles. The on-line version can be read here FT’s web edition..
