Limoux is becoming better and better known for the quality of its wines, and the conditions and ‘terroir’ at Chateau Rives-Blanques are particularly ideal for adding an interesting dimension to the chardonnay, Chenin blanc and mauzac grapes, says Jan Panman in an interview for a special supplement on Languedoc wines that was circulated in Belgium by three of the country’s major daily newspapers: De Morgen, la Libre Belgique, and DH
