IGP Pays d’Oc
Grape variety: Chardonnay – Chenin Blanc
This is our favourite every-day wine, a chardonnay/chenin harvested in the cool of night, sorted by hand, and pressed even before the sun has risen.
It is, as we say, “simple but not stupid”: a great wine to have before a meal, with a meal, or after a meal.
Many Michelin star restaurants have this wine as their house-wine – because they know it is a good and constant companion that never becomes boring.
No wonder it has been selected as one of the top white Pays d’Oc wines three times in the last few years, and appointed Ambassador of the Languedoc, surely the world’s most exciting and diverse wine region.
