IGP Pays d’Oc
Grape variety: Chardonnay – Chenin Blanc
This is our favourite every-day wine, a chardonnay/chenin harvested in the cool of night, sorted by hand, and pressed even before the sun has risen.
It is, as we say, “simple but not stupid”: a great wine to have before a meal, with a meal, or after a meal.
Many Michelin star restaurants have this wine as their house-wine – because they know it is a good and constant companion that never becomes boring.
No wonder it has been selected as one of the top white Pays d’Oc wines two years in a row, and appointed Ambassador of the Languedoc, the world’s biggest, most exciting wine region.
