A  Eden  44 ares of Chenin blanc, replanted in 2003 for Dédicace

B  Tres Pech  2.7 ha Chardonnay, south-facing,  replanted in 2015 and 2016 for Blanc de Blancs and Vintage Rose

C  Plaine de Roquefort  3.5 ha. of Chardonnay and 1 ha. Chenin blanc replanted between 2000 and 2005 for our IGP Pays d’Oc.

D  La Pointe Ecurie  70 ares of  Mauzac replanted in 2018

E  Le Jardin   3 ha Mauzac, mostly planted 1972, and supplemented by 4000 vines propagated from 40 original clones conserved by Limoux’s Conservatoire du Mauzac in 2020 – reserved for Occitania
