“Chardonnay delivers lovely minerality to Limoux’s sparkling wines”  say Le Monde’s wine writers today in an article called a Ball of Bubbles.  Two from the Rives-Blanques’ range were rated at the top of their selection: the Crémant Blanc de Blancs, and the  Crémant rosé. The Blanc de Blancs has a mineral character, very gunpowder on the nose and in the mouth, becoming fine and expressive with an aromatic pallet,  and very fine bubbles, they said.

The Vintage Rose was given top marks: “Age suits this cremant, they exclaimed.  Its fine evolution brings  flesh and a very original complexity both on the nose and in the mouth.  Aromas of citrus peel, with a touch of honey and nuts.  Fine, long and lovely in the finish.”
