January 2013: The Swiss Ristora magazine describes the Crémant de Limoux from Rives-Blanques as ‘semplicemente sublime’.

Savino Angelotti,   one of the most respected sommeliers  in Ticino, Switzerland, writes about the Crémant de Limoux from Rives-Blanques as being not only good value for money, but also ‘simply sublime’.

He recommends it to accompany a ravioli stuffed with ricotta and orange peel.
