The cultural section of Het Parool newspaper ran a pre-Christmas feature on Limoux’s sparkling wines, including the “highly praised” wines from Rives-Blanques.  The enigmatic carnival of Limoux was also featured – and rightly so: the town’s carnival and its fizz have been dancing hand-in-hand for over 600 years.
