“It has bold fruit with pear and white plums as well as some subtle fennel notes. There’s great depth of flavour in this sophisticated fizz”, says Jamie Goode, a respected British wine critic, in his Guide to the Best Fizz the Sunday Express magazine of April 3, 2016.
The Guide Hubert’s wine critics, Pierre Casamayor and Nadine Adenis, gave the highest accolade to our Chenin blanc, Dédicace 2014, calling it the ‘Tenor of the Year’. Our mauzac, Occitania 2014, received the same high rating . The Rives-Blanques IGP Pays d’Oc (chardonnay chenin) received a four-glass rating.
