A book created by wine buyers Willy Nilsson and his daughter My was published this month in Sweden.  It covers the natural benefits of wine, and also meanders lovingly through the vineyards of France.  Rives-Blanques, with its ‘ideal climate for white wines’ is featured in the form of our top blend, La Trilogie (‘balanced and elegant’); the mauzac in our Blanquette and Occitanaia (‘apples and summer flowers, full-bodied yet fresh’) and our chenin blanc, Dédicace (« full yet lively »).
