A wholly unexpected but very welcome surprise was finding Chateau Rives-Blanques listed under 'Top Growers in Limoux and the Upper Aude', as none of us had any recollection of having met the author. "It makes three lovely Limoux blancs, and a good Blanquette with floral and honey notes." he says. "Enjoy the views over the Pyrenees to the south as you sip."
So he must have been here.
