The food and wine writer of La Depeche du Midi selected our Blanquette de Limoux as his wine of the week in his regular weekend column, devoting most of his column inches to our ecologically responsible way of making wine. This 'bonne Blanquette' is a "lovely pale yellow colour, with a complex nose combining the typically floral aromas of the mauzac grape with citrus notes. In the mouth, there is an agreeable marriage of length and balance," he said.
