Roundabout, July 2003 : Holland’s only English-language monthly cultural guide interviews us at Rives-Blanques and devotes several pages to the story of Blanquette de Limoux.
Roundabout Magazine, the oldest English language publication in The Netherlands, interviewed us at Rives-Blanques and dedicated a two-page spread to the "Méthode Blanquettoise" in its March 2003 issue. They highlighted this "graceful, airy, and bubbly " brew's impeccable pedigree and long history, mentioning that it was in the Languedoc that "man's great love affair with the vine began".
