Mariella Beukers’ wholly complimentary article about the wines of Chateau Rives-Blanques (an estate “that needs no introduction”) highlights the most original of our wines, the mauzac Cuvée Occitania. “Sometimes odd-ball grape varieties like these can make unbelievably beautiful wines”, she said in the respected wine blog Wijnkronieken.
